Stainless appliances, a built-in microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space make the kitchen an efficient space for whipping up family favorites. The kitchen counter has stools for casual meals and there is a table on the front patio with a charcoal BBQ.



The master bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and en-suite bath. The second and third bedrooms also have queen beds. The second bathroom is in the hall between the second and third bedrooms.



The home has 1 parking space in a shared garage with upper unit. Please note that this spot is for a smaller vehicle.



Pavilions grocery store is three blocks away on 32nd Street, alongside many casual restaurants. Newport Beach has some of the best dining spots all within a short drive or a 10-15 minute walk of this home.
