The stay overall was great for our gathering. Nice accomadations, great location. Problem was—the 1st night there was an engagement party in the downstairs unit with music and loud voices could be heard downstairs while trying to go to sleep. On our 2nd night, again, there was continuous loud music and yelling heard in the downstairs unit until 3:45 am…When booking-we knew there was a separate downstairs unit below, however, listing stated there is a “Good Neighbor” policy and quiet hours from 10pm-8am. I recieved a separate document stating the quiet hours would need to be observed and if my group was willing to abide by those rules, we were to sign and acknowledge the rules and for the neighborhood. We signed and continued with reservation and excited for our trip. However—due to the continuous loud noise and party going on below us until 3:45am we got very little sleep on our last night of vacation. I even called the after hours non-emergent line, but no answer. My husband advised to limit confrontation with residents below, because with the music and yelling going on below we figured alcohol was involved and we wanted to avoid a dangerous confrontation and decided it would be best to send email after we were checked out and not confront the residents below us directly. I have video recordings of proof and times of continuous noises and yelling at 1:20am and 3:45am and did video recordings to document videos were taken live in master bathroom to document.
