Our first annual family trip was awesome! We booked this condo for our stay and would definitely book it again. There were 12 of us - 9 adults and 3 children. We all had plenty of space! The views were amazing, the calming sound of the ocean can be heard all day. Walking distance to most everything. Beachview Rentals was in contact with us throughout the stay, checking in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and making sure we had everything we needed. From check in to check out the process was a breeze. Unit was clean, we had every utensil and pot you could think of, plenty of linens and towels. Will most definitely book again in the future!

Uncomfortably unclean

This property is very rundown and not accurately represented in the listing photos. The kitchen floor was filthy. We wiped something up and the entire rag was black with old grime. There is no way it was mopped before we got there. The hand mixer was covered in food from prior guests. The doors around the door handles were black with grime. Both showers clogged and filled up with several inches of water. The couch pillows were dirty and old. The rugs were dirty, Many of the lamps were crooked and near breaking. Many of the blinds were broken. The coffee table is on the verge of breaking. Some of the ceiling lights didn't work. ceiling fans were covered in a strange yellow gooey dust. I have photos of everything. We asked that your company consider not charging us the cleaning fee as the unit was not clean however, the representative stated that they offered to come mop but we declined their offer so no discount or refund will be given. I told her the reason we declined their offer was because we were in the middle of making dinner for 13 people and it was not a good time to come and mop the kitchen. She never told us that it was a requirement for us to accept that offer or any other negotiations regarding the cleaning fee would be off the table. Had we known that we would have had you come and inconvenience us and interrupt our dinner to do the job your company didn't do in the first place. The unit is extremely rundown and neglected. It is misrepresented in the photos.

Home away from Home

Great house and location! Had a great time at the house! Wonderful rooftop patio with a beautiful view of the ocean! Lots of space for everyone to spread out. The house management company was really responsive and great! My only comment would be that more pillows would be appreciated!

Location location location!!!

House was exactly as pictured, one street in from ocean. Walk or bike anywhere, even to the grocery store. Check in process was simple and communication with Beachview Realty was easy and timely. Bikes were delivered and picked up, didn’t have to do anything once they were ordered. Highly recommend, the whole week was flawless!!!

Summer trip

Great location. Top room, patio area was a huge bonus. Big enough for our family of 8. There was a lot of fruit flies in the kitchen when we got there. They never left. Would still stay there again.

Newport stay

Property was large but beds horrible, flower so filthy you had to keep shoes on and no window coverings upstairs. For nearly $4k for four nights I expected both clean floors and window coverings. Also the oven stopped working while we were there.

Excellent location!! Awesome balcony and rooftop with ocean views

Terrific location, roomy enough for 8 people. Comfortable beds and furniture. Some things need tended to like painting, some appliances are very dates and need replaced. The bathrooms seem to be updated but the kitchen could use some love and updating. There needs to be more personal items and essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms (toilet paper, shower items etc.). They do provide basic starter supplies and we bought more at the pavilions down the street but a few more touches would be preferred, especially at the price point. The tv could have had better selections. Didnt want to log in to our streaming accounts but then couldnt get just basic tv channels. Made watching the World Series difficult. There was a little fenced area on the side of the building to store bikes securely. Also took great use of the outdoor shower when returning from the beach. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend. Great for large groups.

We loved this spot so much! The house was perfect with enough room for all 10 of us! The upstairs bonus room was perfect for our older teens that were with us. Will definitely be back!

Enjoyed it a lot

The property worked fine for us, loved the rooftop patio and secret room. Only complaint was that the hot water was too hot and the showers too hard to adjust, so there were some near-scalding experiences. Also need to replace the wine opener.

Loved it!

Had the best beach vacation with my husband and adult kids we didn’t want to leave! Location was excellent, house was clean, came with start up necessities, beach chairs, lots of beach towels & boogie boards. We rented bikes & additional chairs & umbrellas from Beachview Bikes, they deliver & pick up! Only complaint would be the patio furniture, all could be updated, but loved the patio & rooftop. Will def come back!

Absolutely Perfect!

The home is perfect for large family/group, each balcony has nice view of the beach. The home is just steps to the ocean. The patio furniture is A bit dated and could use some sprucing up and updating, and the top room had insects. Over all great property, would stay again!

Great view for the price.

The distance and view to the beach was wonderful, for the cost we paid. Well worth it. We could have sat on the patio all day, dining al fresco, while enjoying that beach view. The place was lovely, comfortable, and our family was not disappointed. A definite recommend from our family.
