Pros: Excellent communication with property management. They are very responsive and quick to resolve any issues/requests you may have.LocationTelevision in every roomSpacious feelMaster bedroom bed is very comfortableCheck in/out processAir conditioning and additional fans providedCons:The property is in need of a refresh. The walls/baseboards need to be repainted. The baseboards in the upper bathroom have severe water damage. There is a gap in the shower door that spills water out onto the floor when showering. There were also ants (in this bathroom only). The furniture needs to be replaced. The couch is worn/stained in areas as well as the barstools. The unit needs blackout shades. There's too much glare on the television in the great room when the sun is up that you can barely see the television.The bed in the upstairs bedroom was so hard and uncomfortable that we couldn't sleep on it. The bed in the master is very comfortable though.The unit needs a new microwave. It did not heat consistently leaving portions of food piping hot and other parts very cold.The flooring needs to be replaced. It was scratched up and coming apart in places.
