„The hotel is lovely. The check in process was challenging to say the least. For some reason the funds paid in advance to Expedia weren’t available for the hotel to charge. I was told many times by the front desk to not use Expedia to book rooms. They stated it happens all too often. In this instance I was on the phone with Expedia at 8:30 pm trying to find out why I couldn’t check in to my room after driving for many hours. It took about 45 minutes to get the issue resolved.
