Resi Stay Kuon is very near to the shopping district and only 3 minutes walk to Nishiki Market. So glad Family Mart is literally across the street from the hotel's entrance. Highly recommended!“

The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly Riku who helped us fix a malfunctioning AC unit in our room. Overall it was an incredibly lovely experience and we would definitely come back.“

„The area was very quiet which was nice but did mean it was a bit of a walk to the nearest shop. The check-in process was all automated and quite straightforward but be aware that the emails are sent in Japanese and I had to pop these in a translation app. The building is small but the room was a generous size. The place is slightly dated but very clean. “

„The owner was very lovely and polite, he prep matcha tea for welcoming us also offering fresh bread making in the morning for our breakfast but my family were very tired from a long day travelling and activities we did in the area, we just want to sleep in so we had to miss out on that. House was clean. The bath was the highlight for us. Just the tap in both toilets a bit hard to operate so we had to wash our hands in the bathroom instead.“

Die open air Badewanne ist sehr schön in den Garten integriert und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Absolut positiv ist auch die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals! Es ist keine Massenabfertigung wie in anderen Hotels und es wird auf die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche des Gastes eingegangen.“
