« Booked a 2 queen and pull out couch room. After long day of travel, check in and arrive to the wrong room. Reassigned room. Open pull out couch and mattress cover had cigarette burn and lipstick on it. Super nice front desk gal helped us get new linens and was very apologetic. Blanket for couch bed was also dirty. Noted an actual booger on the wall next to the couch too…yuck. Staff were nice. If we weren’t so exhausted, we would have left. »
