Check-in went smoothly, and the room was nice with newer stylistic choices/features. However, the floors did not seem to have been thoroughly cleaned. There were visible dirt spots upon entry, and a toenail was found on the bathroom floor. I used a hand towel to wipe the floor, and the dirt came up easily, indicating it had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, there was a large crack in one of the tiles, with a portion sticking up enough to pose a risk of stubbing a toe if not noticed.
Aside from these concerns, the room itself was very nice. The AC was crisp, bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was decent, and towels, linens, etc were all clean.
Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. The eggs were not palatable, though the potatoes and sausage were decent. Other options included a selection of cereals, bagels, muffins, and fruit. Overall, it was consistent with what I would expect from a complimentary breakfast at this type of hotel.
