« This is one of the best properties I've stayed in India( Mussorie). The service was top-notch, and the staff was always available for housekeeping and any other needs. I loved the buffet breakfast with lots of options and plenty of vegan choices. The restaurants on site are good to try, especially the indian fine dining. The views are amazing as well. i recomend this place if you are looking for luxury staycation »

« I not the person who writes negative review on any thing but this time i am very very disappointed how the staff treat with my brother and sister after i left there are a guest too . I have stayed in Hyatt multiple time in all different countries and always referred to all my familyâs and friends now i wonât recommend to any of my family & friends this Hyatt dharamshala really disappointed me so i will never re book again, one more thing I left some things behind by mistake but they didnât even...

« Decent sized clean room with a comfortable bed.
Good choice for breakfast and dinner.
Attentive and helpful staff In particular Pooja. Nice swimming pool overlooking the valley, just a shame that it is not heated.
Had an excellent massage at the spa ,albeit it was a bit pricey. »
