« I stayed at the Hampton McHenry for 10 days and had a very good time. The room was clean, large and quiet. Nice pool and small fitness center. I particularly apprieciated the breakfast buffet : good choice or meals and fresh wafers! Free Wifi with above average speed. Coffee available all day in the lobby! »

« - no hot water - no high chair for children - walls in elevator are holding with duct tape - strong smell of humidity in the room - no towels at the pool »

« Location had quiet surroundings. The hotel and room inside had a pleasant, fresh smell. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a good amount of space. The bathroom felt luxurious, with spa-like toiletry scents and a soaking tub. The bed was very comfortable too! We will stay here anytime we’re in Naperville! »

« Room could’ve been cleaner. Walls were scuffed, sheets were clean but under the sheets was what I assume is dog hair. There was a burn mark in the mattress too. The bathrooms and towels were clean. There was a pack of freeports hidden behind the cushion on the window seat which is weird because it’s supposed to be a smoke free room. The TV would randomly turn off, but because stores and restaurants were close in proximity we found other ways to entertain. Parking was close and check in and out...
