On-site washer and dryer are an added bonus that we were thankful for. The house is clean and the cleaning crew was amazing. Any questions we asked were answered quickly. « The only reason this property didn't get 5 stars from me is because it was very warm in the upstairs bedroom. We had our toddler with us. We keep an indoor thermometer with us for overnights and it was reading 81 degrees when we put him down for bed each night. It was 77 when we woke him up. It was difficult for me to sleep in such high temps, as well. The owner had in the rules not to put it below 72, and the thermostat also seemed to be on a timer that kept bumping the temperature up so we had...

« Easy to check-in, check-out. Great little cafe on the 1st floor. Roof top pool was fantastic and close to Rainy Street / River Walk. Property was clean, new appliances and furniture was comfortable. Just what we needed for a long weekend in Austin. »
