„Not sure where to start…this could (should?) be a 3 or 4 star review easily. I was a single occupant and honestly, if it were 2 it wouldn’t have worked with lack of amenities. With that being said, I’m a minimalist and didn’t need additional amenities so this review is more for awareness to others. The building and unit appear to be newer, clean and well kept.This is by FAR the least stocked unit I’ve stayed in. There was 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, no wash cloths and no dish cloths or towels. ...

„The location was perfect for a concert at the Moody Center (or any event on campus). Very walkable area and it was nice to have a parking spot! Appliances were abundant if you were going to cook your own meals but we found ourselves at various local restaurants since it was such a quick trip. The host was super kind and very communicative. I know if any concerns popped up, it would have been remedied quickly. Definitely recommend this spot and would love to stay here again for future Austin ...

„This is the perfect location. We will be renting this condo again if we ever come into town for concerts in Austin completely clean and updated and House everything you’d possibly need in walking distance of everything so that location was Prime.“

„This property is very conveniently located. You can walk to many bars and restaurants. If you drive you will likely have to pay for parking. I was a little nervous because the smoke detector was torn out in my bedroom but the one in the other bedroom was intact. Also be aware that there is a patio but there is no lawn.“
