„This was a newly renovated hotel with friendly and helpful staffers. At the bar and restaurant, delicious and interesting food and drinks were delivered by cool yet professional people. I know the hotel is in the home of the football hall of fame, but there is too much focus on sports. Football is on every television and the hotel’s public spaces look like a man cave.“

„This hotel is the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. It has been there several years and it looks brand new. The staff was excellent (Tangy the day shift front desk person was awesome and very helpful). Also the the evening shift guy was very helpful and was busy every time I saw him) Great hotel and we will stay there again“

„I did feel like safety was a big concern here and they did well with that. However I feel like they don’t trust the guests and maybe there’s reasons why. But I had to ask for ice and the desk guy had to get it. It was like a clump of chizzled ice that really did no good for me. There was absolutely nothing at the breakfast I could eat. On. Good note, the room was clean.“

„1) When we checked in we found an empty wine bottle in the clothes closet. 2) We had a 3 night stay. Our beds were not made after the first night. We requested that they be made every day . The beds were made the 2nd day & on the the 3rd day 1 bed was made the other was left unmade. 3) The toilet seat was very rickety. I weight 127 lbs & every time i sat on the seat it was off center & rocking 4)The pool water was so chlorinated that it was hard to breath in the enclosed pool area 5) ...

„The time I called for my shuttle, Louise pick me up 10 minutes later. The staff was completely courteous. My room was fresh clean the bed was nice. I overslept and Muhammad at the desk turn the shuttle around to get me and because of that I did not miss my flight! They went above and beyond!“

„The hotel was essentially located very easy to access off of the highway close to malls and food shopping. Friendly staff, however we were without hot water for our staff. We were told that the Water would be working and on but the next day, no hot water cold shower it is we didn't come for swimming, but the pool was also down. The room was clean fairly. I'm not too picky but their work a few things forgotten about woke up in the morning with a leaky toilet. We were always staying overnight so ...
