« This is the perfect location to stay in Tulsa if you are going to attend an event at the BOK ( 5 minute walk) or vicinity. It is 15 minutes walk from arts district and Dylan center. Apartment is in a very nice building with plenty of easy and cheap street parking . Keep in mind this is downtown Tulsa so there are homeless people in the streets but not as much as other areas ( Dallas , Portland downtown for example) mainly at night but on an event there is a lot of police around.
