« We checked in after hours so our check in letter was on the counter with all the check in directions. The sliding door, at the ramp to use the cart to transport our luggage inside, was turned off. We had to call the person on call to help who had to call maintenance and they were able to trouble shoot and found that the power to the door was turned off. I think this is the only issue we had. « It was a busy weekend for the hotel, as there was a sports tournament. it did delay room entry. i wasn’t able to get keys until 6pm and when i received the keys the room still was in the process of being turned over. while my room didn’t have an odor, the rest of the teams rooms had an odor to the point they got candles and room sprays. breakfast was hot and good though. staff was very helpful. »
