« Its very cozy. Its clean and fully equipped! It has everything you can ever need on a family get away. It even has binoculars for us to use on our hiking. Love how its few steps away from the beautiful Lake Superior. Its so relaxing waking up to the sound of waves in the morning while sipping your coffee. Its 2 miles away from Gooseberry falls and very close to all trails that lead you to appreciate the beauty of the North. We will come back again !!!!! »

« We had a great stay at this cabin. We came up for a weekend but all wished could of stay longer! It had everything we could ask for. The lake was beautiful and serene. The woods/ landscape were full of nature. The cabin was nicely furnished and very comfortable. We had three adults, and it had plenty of room for us without even using the bunkhouse. If you are looking for a peaceful lakeside cabin this is the one for you. We would stay absolutely stay here again but next time more then two...

« Our second Christmas at this cabin! We brought our tree, lights, presents, and enough food to last us several days. Because there was no snow and we found slushy ice on Gegoka, we drove to nearby hiking trails—all lovely. The kitchen is well-provisioned with spices, herbs, pots and pans and the bookshelves are loaded with terrific wildlife resource books. This cabin has one of the best wood stoves we’ve experienced. Despite gloomy, rainy days, we had a good stay! »

« This cabin was perfect for our stay, close to Gooseberry Falls and not too far from restaurants and Two Harbors. The cabin was well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Spacious, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, with that said, the smaller bedroom with the bunk beds leave much to be desired. « We had 4 families stay for a weekend over the kids’ school’s spring break. We had 10 kids ranging from 9 to 16 and 8 adults. It was a blast! Enough space for everyone to sleep - the game room, sport court, hot tub, sauna and fun selection of board games kept everyone entertained that we never left the property for the entire stay! « My husband and I loved everything about this cabin. It is private up on a hill with a gorgeous view yet close to many things. The cabin is of excellent design and every aspect works perfectly. I loved the barn doors on the master bedroom that we could close in the morning when I got up earlier than my husband to make coffee. « The property was a delight. It is nestled in the trees, with great trails and is nice and quiet. It's easy to get to and close to 35W. The pictures depict the property perfectly and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. »

« Stay was good. It’s a large home. My complaints would be we had to knock down a hornets nest on the back deck. Also it’s very weedy around the property. Just tons of bees and wasps around outside in the tall weeds. I’m highly allergic along with another guest so taking care of that wasn’t fun. »
