« Check in process was a little hectic. We were given the wrong apartment and then couldn't get keys to the correct apartment. We spent about 3 hours trying to get squared away. Also, the pool was not operable during our stay. The location was perfect; the apartment building is nice and full of amenities. Had it not been for the check in process, this would have made for a perfect stay. »

« Our visit was nice and comfortable. The space was exactly as the pictures posted. The beautiful modern aesthetic was very comforting. Despite it being in the basement, both bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. With the space located in the basement it was still quiet and peaceful. The communication from the host was expectional. He was timely with his responses and he quickly helped me navigate through a challenge I had on my end with booking. « Upon my arrival.i didn't know we had to walk down a hill to enter the apartment.2nd problem was the plastic on the beds that caused the mattress to keep sliding off.3rd was the light over the book case that you can't turn off unless you turn off the ceiling fan,which made the room too hot.so I had to sleep with the light on ..overall the apt is cozy .last but not least,why must I remove the linen from the beds if I'm paying the cleaning fee .. »

« beautiful house, area is alright very busy road but the host was very courteous to give ear plugs in every room. only complaint is we had to kill a few bugs in the home but it is summer so hey. Overall great stay »

« Location was excellent, cleanliness excellent, communication.until arrival was adequate, upon arrival it was excellent, check in process was slightly confusing, pictures of location of keycafe helped to clarify. Biggest issue is only one key fob. When traveling as a partner or in a family, having one fob limits independent movement as someone is stranded if the other goes for a run as the single fob must be used to access both the bldg and elevators.
