« It is my 2nd stay in this property and I've stayed in Leadville in many ABnbs. The space is great and plenty of room, though my party is small. The kitchen is stocked and upgraded. Main living space is great. The shower is a bit dated but is fine for my use. It is great to have the fenced backyard, though upkeep could be improved (grass is up to a foot long) and maybe add some basic deck furniture. Overall was another great stay and will look to book again. »

« Clean, quiet, amazing views and accessible to all the great activities in and around the Redlands area. The property is a duplex on a large rural setting that backs directly to the just completed bike/walking trail in the area (Tabeguache) There are two bedrooms- one main with a queen, a second with a good size bunk beds. There is also a queen size bed in an enclosed porch area. So plenty of space for a good number of people- but only one bathroom. The property is probably built in the 70s...

« Watching the New Year’s fireworks from the hot tub was a first! House was as advertised and decently equipped. Shuttle was very convenient. Lots of space for two families of 5. Lower level has a very nice space to get ready for the slopes and afterwards. »

« The view was spectacular! The unit was very clean with everything you would expect & more. Our 2 teenage girls liked having their own bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub & master bathtub. Location was perfect next to a walking path along a stream. Silverthorne is a lovely town with everything you could want. One thing I would suggest is to mention the portable air conditioning unit that is in the upstairs closet in the welcome book. The showers take a couple minutes for the water temperature...
