« We had such a wonderful stay at Koti! I can't recommend it enough. The location is perfect, just close enough yet far enough from downtown Traverse City. The beautiful woods and river behind the property made us feel as though we were staying in a tree house! Loved it! »

« We had an exceptional experience. The cabin itself was gorgeous! It was perfectly clean, and all of the furnishings were well maintained. The beds and couch were all very comfy. We loved the big windows and the nice views of the forest behind the cabin. The area itself was very quiet, which I loved. « Visited Traverse City with my family for Labor Day weekend. Property was very nice. A bit of a drive (6 or so miles) to downtown Traverse City but not horrible. On the main bike path. Meijer grocery store close by. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Check-in/check-out was easy. The only negative was the Yale lock. It was a struggle getting it to wake up and accept the access code. We figured it out but others may struggle. I would recommend. »

« The hosts were very nice and accommodating people. We did not need to look for anything during our stay and we were very close to stores if we did need something. The property was very clean and comfortable. Just what we were looking for. »

« The cabin was super cute, in a great location nearby to sites we wanted to visit, and had everything we needed. The road noise while trying to sleep was a bit overwhelming, so be sure to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. »

« I was really torn due to location. Love that I had access to the beach. But the traffic noise at night while sleeping is hard to handle. Went and bought some ear plugs and that helped alitle. The cabin was the right size and clean. But someone forgot to mop the floors and I was sticking to them with or without my slippers. But other than that, no complaints, and will return when back in Traverse City »

« Very nice cottage-like home. Modern interior. All the necessary amenities in the kitchen. Right next to the TART trail. Limited parking right next to the building if you have multiple vehicles. You'll have to park in a lot down the block. »

« Very clean, beds were firm but comfortable. Property very well maintained, can walk to downtown with amazing ice cream shop(Tasty Treat) bakery, and Hammer’s Pub! Also, great water pressure in the shower! Host was quickly responsive to any questions. »
