« My family and friends came up for the American Birkebeiner ski race. We were unable to get into our usual place so thought we would try this place. It’s a very clean hotel with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We liked it so much we decided to stay again next year. »

« Property was perfect for our family/friends side by side trip. There was so much to do at the property! (swim, fish, kayak, paddle board, canoe, game room, and hot tub) Trails were really close by and made for great time riding the rigs everyday. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! »

« This was our second year at the chip lodge. we liked it so much the first year that we had to come back. the first year we showed up there was maybe 15 people and the house easily accommodated us. its a rustic vibe. things are old and perhaps that is the charm and what we like about it. the highlight for us is definitely the slow cruises on the pontoon boat as we explored the lake. « This was an incredible cabin that has everything you need and is in a quiet location. Nearby towns have stuff for supplies or entertainment, but you don’t even need to leave the cabin. »

« Our family of 20 rented this resort. There was plenty of room for everyone. There was plenty of space for dining. The lodge and cabins are older but very clean. Tons to do a the beach with canoe, paddle boats and kayak. We are looking for a weekend for next year to come back! Property manager Caleb was very good. »

« Really great week for a family reunion. Great accommodations for 14 for 1/2 the week. The pontoon was a big bonus to hang out on and the renters were very quick to respond to some minor issues. Hope to go back soon! »

« We stayed in area for retriever competition for just over a week. The house and surrounding land is beautiful. Don’t be afraid of the driveway - it’s steep but easily navigable. The rocks at the entryway are a little cumbersome to get up and down, especially when carrying supplies or baggage. The house was well equipped for cooking and relaxing. WiFi worked well which is good as reception in area not great. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again if in area »

« Nice and cozy "bardominium" that felt very cabin like. Super convenient to lots of restaurants, far enough from town that you get the full Northwoods experience. Nice entertainment room upstairs with TV, shuffleboard and lots of family games to help with the rainy days. Appreciate you opening your home to our family for a Wisconsin vacation! »
