« A lovely and friendly hotel. My room was great with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast (full english) was great, with all elements cooked to perfection. I stayed a couple of nights to go to Yarmouth races. Only a few minutes drive away and if the weather was better, I would have walked. It's about a 40 minutes walk, along the sea front then a few minutes inland. Or 20 minutes walk the other way and you're into the heart of Yarmouth. So the hotel is convenient, whatever you're looking for. »

They have made a very good job of the very old property and the price of our stay was very reasonable reflecting this. Yes, i would stay there again. »

« Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions. »
