„No microwave, the place was not ready when we got there, bed unmade , dishes in sink, the AC didn’t work the first night, only 2 towels for a 3 nights stay. It was very difficult to get a hold of the owner.At 10:30 pm on the first night , the owner finally called me, I explained everything to him. He helped to accommodate, give us some of our money back and fix all issues, so yes he was polite and nice but I can’t give him more stars considering what we had to deal with . “

„We visited Austin for a specific event, so we have not explored the area or city, but really appreciated a small green park nearby for a short walk and a few nice restaurants for affordable and delicious lunches and dinners. The most important for us was to have a good night rest which we did in this quiet neighborhood and very comfortable beds in the apartment. The only drawback for us was a lack of fresh produce at the walking distance.“

„The house is very well maintained and so cute! The neighborhood isn’t the nicest but the property is gated and felt very safe. There is an additional charge to heat the pool but we didn’t request that and it was still warm enough to swim in when we visited in March. My four teenaged daughters absolutely loved the decoration of the house and took pictures all throughout the property. The property has a microwave that opens like a drawer and the kids were thrilled with that. Everything was clean ...
