« We were in Austin for Thanksgiving weekend. This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin. »

« Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it! »

« Very impressive small nice place. Super close to downtown Austin. My two sons and I stayed 2 nights. Great for a family of 2 or 3. Next to other nice similar houses and a metal scrapyard. We weren’t sure at first but it was great. Would absolutely stay there again. »

« It is as advertised, a tiny shed in the backyard of a house, in a great location! Ladder takes you up to the mattress, there is a futon, very small bathroom, but if you're looking for a convenient location downtown that you can comfortably sleep in, this is a fantastic option. Owner was very easy to work and communicate with. »

« Kristen was a wonderful hostess and was prompt with stay instructions and local suggestions. Property is clean and very well maintained. Nice amenities were a bonus (Keurig, bottles of water, bath products). We felt very safe in the area, even when arriving back to the property very late in the evening. »

"Tout simplement horrible de la chambre au petit dĂ©jeuner en passantpar l'accueil. Les photos sur le site n'ont rien Ă  voir avec la triste rĂ©alitĂ©. Robinets cassĂ©s, il faut dĂ©brancher la clim pour l'Ă©teindre, prises arrachĂ©es, ventilation salle de bain avec le mĂȘme bruit qu'un camion, collĂ© Ă  l'autoroute. Bref, nous avions rĂ©servĂ© 4 nuits et sommes partis dĂšs la premiĂšre... Evidemment "no refund". Fuyez Fuyez Fuyez !"
