« The place was very clean and comfortable. Beds comfortable. TV great for all the football games. Very safe neighborhood good for walks. Enjoyed gas fire pit in backyard. Host very responsive snd welcoming. Definitely rent it again! »

« This is a great location. You can walk to an HEB if you need to, and a great couple of restaurants even closer. Neighborhood is quiet, sidewalks with neighbors walking around.The house was clean and kitchen and baths had everything we needed.We had a minor maintenance need on the morning of Dec 26 and they had it fixed in about an hour. »

« The home is nice and clean. We did have trouble with the driveway, it is very long and narrow, front resident could park their car a little closer to their door to allow more room for the back visitor to get by. Trees did make it challenging to enter and trash cans were left too far out. We could not get the kitchen lights to come on and Master bedroom fan made a loud noise the whole time it was on. Master bathroom lights were not all on, 2 needed new bulbs and the others flickered quite a bit....

« The host was VERY responsive, always available to help to answer any questions, and very kind. The lower rating is not from the EXCELLENT customer service, it is from the property. The photos should really be updated to reflect the current condition of the house. I love the small touches that greeted us (cute folding of the toilet tissue, towels/wash cloth, paper towels, etc.) There were several renovations to the home (kitchen, flooring, downstairs bathroom, etc). The problems were:1....

« Very comfortable home in quiet neighborhood. Easy communication with host. Had an issue with one thing, but upon communicating with host issue was resolved. Overall it was great, would stay again. »

The "West Campus" neighborhood is densely populated, but still quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our 4-night stay. Communication with owner was excellent. »
