« The place was very clean and comfortable. Beds comfortable. TV great for all the football games. Very safe neighborhood good for walks. Enjoyed gas fire pit in backyard. Host very responsive snd welcoming. Definitely rent it again! »

« The home is nice and clean. We did have trouble with the driveway, it is very long and narrow, front resident could park their car a little closer to their door to allow more room for the back visitor to get by. Trees did make it challenging to enter and trash cans were left too far out. We could not get the kitchen lights to come on and Master bedroom fan made a loud noise the whole time it was on. Master bathroom lights were not all on, 2 needed new bulbs and the others flickered quite a bit....

« This is a great location. You can walk to an HEB if you need to, and a great couple of restaurants even closer. Neighborhood is quiet, sidewalks with neighbors walking around.The house was clean and kitchen and baths had everything we needed.We had a minor maintenance need on the morning of Dec 26 and they had it fixed in about an hour. »

« The property was a perfect fit for our family. The game room was a hit with all the teens and tweens and they had a great time on the karaoke machine. The backyard was private and serene giving us a relaxing setting. Plenty of room and plenty of towels. The stay had my family wanting to make this a regular visit and communication with Derek our host was top notch. »

« Well stocked for our stay, clean, and prepared. Centrally located to downtown, close to trendy bars. Wonderful fenced courtyard w fire pit and grill. Complaints: The beds were sub par with thin mattresses, and creaky beds. Surrounding Street was sketchy with vacant houses, homeless presence, and broken down cars. Mattresses and trash piled on the sidewalks and alley. Alley and entry parking was extremely tight. »

« The first floor apartment was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient for our visit to UT. Reserved street parking was available near the front entrance. The "West Campus" neighborhood is densely populated, but still quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our 4-night stay. Communication with owner was excellent. »
