„Extremely rude welcome. Receptionist had no respect for customers. Problems were waved off, fault was blamed on hotel guests, and other co-workers gladly were able to resolve all issues that he could have helped with. Rooms were clean, but had the smell of rooms the windows of which cannot be opened. Other personell was friendly, extremely expensive laundry service (250-300$ for 1 bag of laundry).“
