Tucked into the heart of the Adirondacks, this is one of New York's most beloved mountain settings, with Gore Mountain's trails, slopes, and scenery practically at your doorstep. It's the kind of place where every season earns its keep. Winter brings some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Upstate New York, with Lake George's Winter Carnival lighting up February weekends just down the road. When the snow melts, the mountains open up for hiking and mountain biking, and come fall, the foliage turns spectacular—ride the gondola to the top of Gore for a panoramic look at the Adirondacks ablaze in color, or simply step outside and let the scenery do the work.

Back at the community, there's plenty to come home to. The clubhouse and recreation center has a heated indoor pool open daily from 9am to 9pm, plus a pool table, foosball, and space to spread out with your crew. Each townhome has a wood-burning fireplace, and from Thanksgiving through March, firewood is stocked right outside the door. Echo is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome that sleeps seven and keeps mountain stays refreshingly easy. Pete Gay sleeps 11 and is built for the bigger group. A bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks and an additional twin trundle handles five kids without a fuss, two more bedrooms each have a queen for the adults, and a sleeper sofa in the living room covers anyone who claims a spot at the last minute. The living area centers on a wood-burning fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready to feed a crowd, whether that's a pancake morning or a full sit-down dinner. A propane grill on the patio makes outdoor cooking the easy default, and the oversized jetted tub is exactly the detail you'll appreciate after a long day on the mountain.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Sleeping arrangements include pull-out sofas, so there's plenty of room for the whole group.
- There are stairs within the unit.
- Unit 11D does not have AC.
- The clubhouse is open 24 hours, and the pool and sauna are open daily from 9am to 9pm.

Parking Details:
- Every unit comes with two unassigned parking spots within the community.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
