Location de vacances de particulier à North Indianapolis

« Perfect location for a night on the town. Steps to the Monon trail and everything the design district has to offer! »

« Clean, quiet and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay here and were utterly delighted by the surroundings. Lots of great restaurants nearby! Thank you for the pleasant stay, we will be back! »

« Everything about this was exceptional! The host was fabulous and incredibly responsive, check-in was exactly as described, and the home was extremely clean. The next time we’re back in town, we will absolutely check this place out again. »

« Collyn was responsive to my questions before and after booking. The house is great -- even nicer than the photos -- and worked perfectly for us. More space than we really needed (just my husband and me, so we only used one bedroom), but we brought our dog, so the large fenced yard (also accessible from the sliding door in the bedroom) was fabulous. We had events to attend in downtown Carmel, and it was an easy 10 minute drive. Nice touches like leaving snacks and bottled water. I hope to rent...

« Property was as advertised. »

« Our family was going through an extremely tough time when we stayed at the Holliday House but it's energy gave us calm and comfort. Beyond being spacious and safe, the place is remarkably clean, incredibly well decorated, thoughtfully stocked, and beyond fun. We cannot say enough about host Carol. She is caring, conscientious and highly accessible. If you are looking for a place to stay, for whatever the reason or occasion, stop browsing to compare properties. This is the one! Simply the...

« Great location and a very nice house! Worked very well for all our activities in Indy. »

« Make sure to check every part of the house and that everything works. A garbage disposal that worked when I was there “broke” after we checked out and they charged for a repair. The original code provided to me didn’t work. There were pictures of an in home movie theater. When we got there it was just three holes in the dry wall. The couch in the picture wasn’t there either. That part of the basement was AI generated. They also had weird parking rules because of the house built next door. »

« This was the perfect spot for our small team to stay during Gen Con weekend. Perfect to have a small work summit and close enough to drive to the city for our event. Definitely keeping this on our list for next year! »

« Host was terrific, very helpful and kind. »

« This place is an adorable little spot for a stop. We loved the location and the place was clean and quiet. »

« Great place!! Easy to get to, great communication as to parking, expectations, etc.The kitchen and living room were great for our needs, especially the large kitchen table. It was nice having the living room area and bathroom in the basement, as well as the three bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor.(Water pressure and hot water were both fantastic also!)We didn’t get to use the bonfire pit, but it and the patio and back yard were a nice setup.Thank you for having us!! »

« Great location and the house has plenty of space for everyone. »

« Great place and close by to everything we needed for our stay. »

« Real nice »

« Great place to stay! Plenty of bedrooms and the basement is nice to have some extra space. Super convenient location. »

« Cleaned and very comfortable. Quiet residential trip. Exterior is dated but masks an updated interior. Close to Butler »

« The property had everything as it was listed. Great location and easy check in. »

« The staff who communicated with me was very responsive and kind. The house itself was lovely, although the stairs were steep and a little hard to get luggage up. The parking was tiny, and difficult to traverse in our compact SUV. It was dog friendly, but the yard was not, being just a concrete slab with some weeds they could potty on, but there was a park across the street to walk them. »
