« This is by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the boat driver, Captain Ryan. The ride over was easy and quick. We rode with 1 other couple and the captain helped everyone aboard, with a hand and carried our luggage aboard. He had a very friendly demeanor. He had knowledge of the wildlife in the area and told us to keep an eye out for manatee and dolphins, which we saw within a 1/2 hour of being dropped off. « We were really impressed with the house - it had all the little things that made the stay so comfortable - reclining chairs in the living room, A/C in every room, a great outside deck complete with a big TV and clean, clean, clean. »

« Maybe a boutique style isn't my cup of tea! The bathrooms are beautiful but were not practical for 4 adults and 2 teenagers who all wanted to shower and not use a soaker tub. The listing was a little off base as it did say 3 bedrooms in the title but then mentioned 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed. While it could sleep 8, one room had a double bed and bunk beds. The location worked out well for us though. We didn't do any cooking but looked like the kitchen was well stocked. »

« This property is at least a 20-year old single wide mobile home. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living space are very small. The ceilings are 7-feet high and claustrophobic. While the home was very clean on arrival, and the staff was friendly, the home is showing signs of wear and disrepair. The ceilings are definitely cracking and in need of repair. The television remote control would not adjust the audio volume, and I had to call management. While a pleasant young man did arrive...
