„The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. „Covered porch was nice for time outside. Inside was in need of work. Closets unfinished, no place to put any luggage, advertises a king bed and a queen bed, but only had a king and a full, no tp, or tissue products when we arrived. None of the above were deal breakers but just allot of small things that add up to frustration.“

Our group consisted of 13 people, seven adults and six children.The property was immaculate and the host were very supportive and helpful in helping us navigate to local attractions. „We appreciated the host allowing a Rehearsal Dinner party for our family on site. The house was perfect for the event. The kitchen was awesome. The amenities were appreciated. Layout of living room was great for everyone to sit and talk. The backyard porch prevented rain from interfering with our party. The extra room having a separate kitchen was great for our daughter who has dietary restrictions. We would highly recommend this home.“

„We traveled to Miami for our wedding with our children and grandchildren and this house was absolutely perfect. The outside amenities were amazing, the inside was clean and bright. The kitchens had all of the necessary items needed for our chef to prepare amazing meals. We all enjoyed the large pool and pool bar, as well as the sports court, trampoline, and play sets for the kids. „Loved everything about it! Owner was very accommodating and great at getting back to me on questions. Loved the boat slip for boat we rented. Restaurants were close by and great food! „First of all, communication with management was lacking to the point that VRBO was looking for another rental property for us while we were in route. Next, the address listed is incorrect. We went to the wrong house. All the houses in the subdivision are exactly the same. There are lots of things that need attention including: wobbly dining chairs...screws loose clothes in dryer dirty sheets in two of the closets dirty dishes and pans in cupboard no dish detergent and dishwasher unplugged shower ...

„Our experience was so wonderful I almost don't want to review the property so we can keep it our little secret! The property is amazing. The listing is a little hard to figure out in terms of layout so I'll start there. The entrance has parking for at least 10 cars. The first villa is a 2 bed 1 bath and is the main house. Villas 2 and 3 are 1 bed 1 bath and are set up like a duplex. Villa 4 is a 1 bed 2 bath plus an outdoor shower as well. Every villa has it's own stove, fridge, living room, ...

„Absolutely beautiful home with amazing sunrises over the water. We spent a lot of time lounging next to the pool and watching the boats travel the channel. The home has everything you can want. Our two small dogs loved the fenced property, and of course their daily walks thru the neighborhood. Susie & Roly are fantastic, very service oriented and responsive. We couldn’t be more pleased and already look forward to next year!“

„From the landscape to the bathroom are pristine and well kept. The home was very organized with all the tools needed for a getaway. The property manager was very responsive via the Vrbo app. The hot tub was a hit! The location is also very prime! Few hours to Key West, few mins drive from a small town area, with a Walmart, Publix, Walgreen, Gas stations, you name it! I definitely see my self rebooking this property.“

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren ausgesprochen sauber! Die Klimaanlage war angenehm ruhig und die Anlage insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Zu jedem Zimmer gehört ein nummerierter Parkplatz direkt vor dem Zimmer, was sehr praktisch ist. Zudem sind alle Zimmer ausnahmslos im Erdgeschoss und so It weitestgehend barrierefrei. Der Pool war sauber, es waren tolle Liegen und Badetücher vorhanden. Zudem liegt das Hotel sehr zentral und hat direkt vor der Hoteleinfahrt drei Tankstellen, einen Mc Donalds und vieles mehr. Wir würden wiederkommen! "

"Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Hotel, und das renovierte Zimmer war super und sauber. Das Hotel liegt am Anfang der Keys. Das muss man beachten. Aber auf den Keys ist der Weg das Ziel. Der Pool war auch super. Die Rezeption ist nur bis 20 Uhr besetzt, was aber bei einer späteren Anreise kein Problem ist. Einfach rechtzeitig beim Hotel melden und dann bekommt eine Anleitung zugeschickt, mit der man einen Safe öffnen kann, in welchem sich der Zimmerschlüssel befindet. Der richtige Check-in findet dann am nächsten Morgen statt. Würden wir nochmal die Keys besuchen, dann ist das wieder unser Hotel. "
