« The apartment was clean, comfortable and air conditioned, and the hosts were very accommodating. The advertisement did not mention basement unit and the size was smaller than pictured. But we were comfortable. Nice filtered water system, coffee maker and washing machine. The hosts were very solicitous which we very much appreciated. The prior occupants took the host hair dryer. We bought one and the host immediately reimbursed us. We would definitely stay again. »

Would’ve been nice to know it was a basement apartment to a home above it prior to booking. Tube station is very close. She even left a bottle of wine for us! « Property was exactly as listed. Very clean and in a great location; very reasonably priced for my 3 night stay in Mayfair neighborhood of London. Communication with host was very good and prompt for the most part. A few very minor items that were addressed by the host (i.e. entry and wifi access code), but not deal breakers. I definitely recommend and would stay at property again. »
