Overall we had a great time. It's easy access to the beach and there was plenty of room for 4 families. The only big issue was that some of the windows leaked really badly during the heavy rain we had over the week. We let them know and they are working on fixing the leaks. They brought us extra towels to clean up the water. I'd rent from them again.

Nice play- worked well for 17 women gathering for retreat

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quick walk to the beach. The bedrooms worked out great for our group. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would recomment that the numbers of the building be on the unit on both sides. The unit beside us or connected to us must of been smoking weed the whole weekend because we smelled it the whole weekend. Place was great - parking was wonderful too.

Spring Break Week

This house was absolutely perfect for a large group of friends looking for a relaxing spring break. It was so close to the beach, which was perfect for watching the sunrise in the early morning, and we loved all the balconies for reading and hanging out. The air hockey, foosball, and pool tables were also incredible and we had the best week.

Couples Retreat

We stayed at this accommodations for 3 days. I appreciated that fact that it was able to accommodate my party of twelve with ample parking. The property was easy to access and the manager was communicative. I could tell that the property was well lived in with furniture and wall and other aesthetic features being a bit outdated a worn. I also think the appliances could use an upgrade. Apart from that I think the property was in a great location from the beach and surrounding eateries, activities and shops.

Please stay anywhere else

We stayed for a week here and it was issue after issue. Just to get info on checking in was awful I had to call 3 different times and every person told us different things. We did finally get the info and when we get there ac is out and the upstairs was almost 90 degrees and that made the second floor almost 80 and this happened twice in our stay and the first time it was our for the entire first day and it took into the night for it cool down the second time it was our from 8 at night until 11 the next day because we couldn’t get ahold of anyone til morning. The first time we just let it go but the second we felt it was fair to refund some of the money considering we could not use the 3rd floor for 2 days almost and the second floor was also very warm and we had a full house so most of us had to sleep on the 1st floor and it also went out again right before we left. It was not cleaned properly and we had issues with toilets not working and dryers out as well, I am almost sure no one actually cleaned it the day of as we was first told because they would have realized how hot it was upstairs and we found things left behind from other tenants and as we brought these things we kept being told different things. We did contact the host and he was supposed to refund some of our stay but never did and now is ignoring us, we have been told he’s very busy but he was not busy enough to talk to us to take payment. Things happen we understand that but it was handled so unprofessionally.

Family Vacation

It was our first time visiting SC. The unit was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were all a nice size with 5 that had their own bathrooms. We were a large group ranging in age from 7 months to 84 years old. With a bedroom & large living room and dining area on the first floor to accommodate my parents and a game room on the third floor for the younger teens and young adults there was room and space for everyone. Beach access was right across the street. The host was very responsive to any inquires we had.

Great parking arrangement with plenty of spaces. The unit had lots of room and most all bedrooms had complete bathrooms. Everything worked ( coffee makers, washing and drying etc) and instructions were clear.

Great house with great game room

The house was in a great location, just across from a beach access. There were plenty of beds and all were comfy. The game room was the perfect touch with a pool table, air hockey, and foozball! Loved it!

Spring Softball Trip

We brought our high school softball team down for spring break and it was perfect! Plenty of room for the chaperones and 13 teenagers. Game room, plenty of beds, tvs and a short walk across the street to the beach! The host was fantastic with communication and was very patient as we worked through payment through the school. He definitely went above and beyond. We had a great week and can’t thank the host enough! The one suggestion we would make is more towels. Outside of that, everything was amazing. Hopefully we can make it an annual event for our program!

When it rains it pours!!

Out trip involved 15 youth and 4 adults from our church. It all began when we got a call Friday afternoon that our rental was not going to be available, but we would get a comparable place. When we arrived, we were sent to a house that was not acceptable. We had our youth group and it was not clean ( bugs). The pool was filthy and the game room had been trashed. It was outside which also created a safety issue for us. It did not compare to the home we had stayed at the previous 3 years. We were told it was too late to move that night so we had to stay there. We were offered another home, but could not arrive until 4:00 pm which was hardly worth the move. Then it was changed to 12:00 and we were happy when we made the move. But we got up about 8:30 this morning to shower for church and that’s when the waterfall started on the 2nd floor. Soon the bottom floor was flooding. We put out towels and trash cans, packed up and left. It was a most memorable experience to say the least.

Annual Fish Trip

Property was as advertised and very functional for our annual fish trip. Was pleased to have two fridge's and two dryers. Lot's of good space! Pool cue's were bananas, but we had fun just the same! Would come back again.
