The house was just lovely! So many extra touches.The views from both decks was amazing. Plenty of chairs provided on both decks. The pool and hot tub were perfect.The bedrooms and baths were large and very comfortable. Extra space on the 4th level especially for groups to gather. Linens very nice and beds were made upon arrival. Well stocked kitchen. The elevator was a must for our group and worked all week.

My family and I had a great time! Plenty of space for a large group and it was so nice having a private pool and hot tub. My parents aren’t able to easily climb stairs, so having an elevator made things so easy for them.

We had a wonderful stay at this North Myrtle Beach rental! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive and made check-in/check-out a breeze. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony in the evenings and waking up to the sound of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!

The layout of the house, size of the rooms, the kitchen equipment was all wonderful. The house was lovely and had many extra touches such as beach towels, extra toothbrushes and things that made us feel like special guests. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and I loved the close proximity to the beach, just a minute down the path and we were on the beach. Thank you Andrew for all your quick responses to my questions prior to our stay.

Stunning views

This beach house was a pleasure to stay over the holidays with my big family with. You could throw a football to the beach. It's so close. And the views are amazing from the balcony. The elevators make it very easy to get luggage to the three floors. The kids loved the hot tub and swimming pool. It's also quiet and peaceful at night. The manager was also very responsive with anything we needed.

Nice location in N Myrtle Beach

The location of the house was great. Ocean front was wonderful. The house was probably really nice at one time, however it was clear that it has not been properly cleaned in sometime. We had to sweep all the floors before even getting our luggage in. The pool and hot tub were very nice but needed cleaned. The outside area was in need of maintenance.

Perfect Beach House with Friends

Everything about this beach house was perfect for our annual getaway. We loved that every bedroom had a bathroom, two refrigerators was a bonus, the den area was perfect, and we loved the pool and hot tub. The elevator was also very helpful. Waking up each morning to the breathtaking views was amazing. Thank you again.

Oceanfront getaway

We had 13 family members with ages from 3 to 77, and to a person this was the best vacation home we ever had. Well maintained pool, short walk to the ocean, and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of North Myrtle Beach that it was great. Every bedroom had a bathroom which was fantastic.

Outstanding Beach House

This is a great vacation house for large groups. We had four families in this house which included five little boys, ages, 1 to 5 years old, and had room to spare. The house was exceptionally clean, location had access to grocery and restaurants, and it has a fabulous beach view with very easy access. The pool and outside area was the perfect size and it was great having the pool table and extra living space on the top floor. Andrew was amazing, very responsive from start to finish. He makes sure that you are happy with your visit. I would highly recommend this home and we will be back for another vacation!

Family Beach Trip

What a wonderful place to stay! This beachfront house is perfectly located on the North end close to shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. With the en suite each bedroom gives the privacy needed when staying with a group. If you're looking for the perfect family place to stay, look no further. Another perk... the owner is very responsive which is hard to find these days. Definitely will book again.

A very comfortable house. Lots of space to spread out. Lots of room in the kitchen, dining and Living space for large family. We had 18 plus staying there. It was great to have the heated pool And hot tub. The views of the ocean were beautiful. Close enough to restaurants, etc. The owner was easy to work with. Responded almost instantly to all my questions throughout the booking and even as I checked in. Our family has a great time at this beach house.

Beautiful updated oceanfront property with all the amenities we needed for a family vacation. The kitchen was well stocked and 2 refrigerators great! The extra tv room with pool table was perfect for the kids. A lot of outdoor space with pool and hot tub. We would stay again.

Great stay for a Girls Get away

We stayed at this home for our annual adults only girls getaway. The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the open kitchen which allowed our big group to cook and eat together. The elevator and game room was a huge bonus!! You can also clearly tell that management does a great job of maintaining their property compared to others we have stayed at in the past. Highly recommend this home.

Wonderful property with easy access to everything. Our group of 16 had plenty of room to spread out, views were amazing, perfect for family dinners and family time. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded. Pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We can’t wait to come back for 2023 Family Vacation!

the house was better than the pictures, we all had enough room to spread out , the teens spent their free time in the pool room on the top floor ,everything you need was there ,it was so nice being right on the beach since we had small children too the property owner was fantastic
