Situé au 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe est une résidence en copropriété avec un style des Caraïbes. Cette unité de bain 4 chambres 4 a 1 roi, 2 doubles, 4 lits jumeaux et 10 personnes.

Il y a une excellente vue sur l'ocĂ©an depuis ce balcon au 9Ăšme Ă©tage. Toutes les chambres ont un tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat de 25 pouces avec lecteur DVD intĂ©grĂ© et un tĂ©lĂ©viseur HD Ă  Ă©cran plat LCD de 42 pouces dans le salon. Toute votre famille peut profiter de la chaĂźne cĂąblĂ©e qu'elle dĂ©sire. Il y a une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Les appareils comprennent un micro-ondes intĂ©grĂ©, un lave-vaisselle, une cuisiniĂšre Ă  dessus plat, un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur cĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte avec de l'eau et de la glace dans la porte. Il y a une laveuse et sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur dans l'unitĂ© ainsi que l'accĂšs Internet. Great location, lots to do!

Very much enjoyed our stay, even with the rain most of the week we still hot in the lazy river and hot tub. On the one sunny day we had, the beach was right close by to enjoy!

Nice place

A very nice and clean place. If there was one or two criticisms, it would be that the pots and pans to cook with were very old and hard to use. Also, the lack of basic cleaning items, spray for the kitchen and a sponge or two, made it hard to clean the kitchen. Other than that, it was a very nice condo and we enjoyed ourselves.

Great place very close to the beach

The condo was just like the description, very large common area that we enjoyed and the pool was awesome since we stayed their during the Abby storm. The condo at a glance looked clean but on our first night we found a cockroach in the master bedroom and another in the living room. I planned on reaching out to the owner in the morning but coincidentally pest control came by the next morning. It didn't become a huge issue for us but unfortunately first impression matter. Everything in the condo worked as expected, my recommendation would be to have some of the bathrooms doors tuned up as they don't close very well. Would i stay here again, yes and i would recommend since the owner seems to be taking a proactive approach to the pest control and location of this unit. Overall we had a great time!

North Beach Realty is the best. The property was beautiful and I look forward to returning. This was a small family reunion and we had a blast. So close to the beach, great parking. It was so worth it!

This property is in a quiet living location with life nearby. The facility itself was clean and spacious. It had an indoor heated pool and an outside Jacuzzi. The balcony has a great view of the beach.

The house was definitely appropriate for seven people, the accommodations were perfect! However, the floor was dirty, the couches were filthy, some of the lamps did not work, and the master bathroom and the bathroom with the full beds in it the sinks, drained, extremely slow.

Location was good. Very busy part of beach, lots of people . Great restaurant across the street. Building is older but functional. Pools were clean. Room was good with a few exceptions. 1. Beds are old and very uncomfortable. Owner should seriously think about new mattresses in ALL rooms. Master is really bad!! Slopes to one side. Hard as a rock. Extremely uncomfortable bed!! 2. Big couch is about shot. 3. Master Sinks were slow to drain. Called maintenance and they promptly arrived and cleared clogs but they reclogged the next day. 4. Tile floor throughout means lots of sweeping up sand. Floor always felt gross. Vacuum was not working. Swept a lot. Good points - elevators work great. Hot tub was wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer worked good. Overall, not bad. Needs a bit of updating and definitely new mattresses.

Personal space

For mature ladies, playing in a golf tournament. We each required our own bedroom and bathroom so this unit fit the bill perfectly. We had our own personal space, and plenty of room to be together in common areas. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils, pans, And dishware. We were able to enjoy a home cooked meal on the evenings. We finished our golf rounds early. The view from the balcony to the ocean is spectacular. However, in March it was too cold for us to enjoy. The view from the front door watching the sunset was also spectacular from the ninth floor. I would rent this unit again and look forward to learning about the other amenities. However, if you enjoy Keurig, you need to bring your own.

Unfortunately, this property was the worst I have ever experienced. Totally disappointed.

The Unit was not modern, out dated and completely filthy. Dirt, food and clumps of dust everywhere. Toilets were broken with water constantly running 24/7. I was embarrassed for my adult friends that joined me. Totally unacceptable! I will be contacting the Rental Manager.

Excellent Condo

The condo we had rented was not ocean front and was on the 9th floor. It had an issue with the refrigerator so they upgraded our room to oceanfront first floor. The check in was easy and and the condo was very nice. The other people at the complex were very nice also. The people we support and the staff had a great time. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
