Property was clean and beautiful. Only complaint would be having a check-in time of 4 and office closing at 5. Not ideal when traveling 10 hours. Somewhat hard to be in a 1 hour window with traffic etc.. Yes—an after hours pickup was provided; however, going back the next day to sign a form seemed like a waste. Otherwise excellent stay

Have been vacationing in the area for years. This was our first time at North Beach Resort and we loved it. We love the Barefoot area so it was extremely convenient. We want to stay on the beach but have pools and other amenities so this was perfect. We always rent a condo and missed the convenience of snack bars, all the amenities offered here and the pools! Will be staying at North Beach again next summer. We had the best time. It was the perfect location for our family. Our condo location right over the pools was the best.

Room was not swept, balcony wasn’t swept and had toenails by the chairs. One bathroom had poop splash around the rim. After we cleaned everything and swept the room and balcony the rest of the stay was pretty good. Fire the cleaning crew

Condo is beautiful! Pictures make it look bigger than it actually is but still great. It was just me and my husband and I think it would be crowded with 8 people… but if you are out and about during the day you wouldn’t notice.Well worth the money!

Beautiful Ocean & Pool View

We loved our time here! The balcony view is gorgeous as you can enjoy a wide view of the ocean as well as the entire pool. The new furniture, flooring, and decor are beautiful and it was very clean. Customer Service was excellent. The fitness center on the 14th floor was convenient and provided plenty of equipment. Staff was friendly, beach chairs and umbrella rental was convenient, and the pool bar/restaurant was excellent. Italian Ice carts and banana boat rentals were nearby on the beach. The pools and hot tubs were clean and parking was easy. The third floor restaurant was excellent. Plan to get your own ice because this ice maker freezes up. Towels are provided for the pool. We highly recommend!!

Room was not cleaned prior to us receiving a text that the room was ready. That led to us cheking in after 4pm, which the listing says check in is at 4pm. Ice machine in freezer was broken. We were told part were on order. They did bring us 2 bags of ice. Curtains were broken and would not close all the way. Leather couch in living room was torn and needs to be updated. Love the resort, but would not stay at this condo again.

Fantastic North Myrtle Resort style condo

We absolutely loved our experience at Windy Hill! The condo was gorgeous, the view spectacular. The resort style pool was beautiful and a lot of fun. Beach there was great. We loved that you could walk to Barefoot Landing for restaurants, shops, bars. We did have some issues with minor things that were supposed to be in the condo on arrival and were not, so housekeeping was a small issue but nothing to change our opinion about the experience. We would definitely return.

North tower unit #408

We enjoyed our stay at this 3 BR condo very much. I was hesitant to book, as some of the reviews listed this unit as dirty upon arrival, but it was very clean and well appointed when we arrived. It had everything we needed and the view of the pool/ocean was awesome. Super easy to park in the parking garage on the 4th floor and enter the unit from there. Only slight problem was that ice maker was broken....we reported via text as instructed and no one ever responded. No problem as we just purchased a bag of ice and were good to go. I would stay at this unit again, and recommend for families.

Recent stay

The villa and property is absolutely beautiful. The maintenance number you are supposed to text for concerns are absolutely horrible. They don’t reply and aren’t helpful. The hot water was turned off during our stay and they refuse to offer any kind of compensation. Also, upon arrival, there was old trash left from previous guests that was molded and stink. I wish they had better customer service communication.

Great Place

The location was lovely. No issues with the check in or check out. Was not clear on check out time, for VRBO said 11an but package indicated 10am. Now, there was a leak coming from the floor in the Master bedroom. Maintenance came twice and advised us other units also had leaks. This was distracting and messy because the whole MB closet floor was soaked. I would suggest more advanced televisions for many travelers have apps that cannot be cast to the tvs or at least the ones on our rental. Lovely vacation though. Beautiful view from the room. Thanks for allowing us to vacation there.

We love staying at North Beach Resorts. We have stayed a few times here. This condo had everything we needed, was clean, and great location. Carpets need updated, but overall great condo.

Nice resort; okay property

This was our first time staying at this particular resort. The resort facilities were very nice. Proximity to the beach was perfect The resort staff was very friendly. The property that we stayed in for the week was not as clean as we had expected. When we arrived we ended up vacuuming the carpets; none of the dishes seemed to be clean to the point we ended up washing what we needed. Underneath the beds don’t seem to have been vacuumed for a long time. We dropped a remote that had to be retrieved from under the bed which is how that got noticed The angles of the photos on the website made the rooms look larger than they were. We may stay at the resort again but won’t stay at the property again.
