« The moment you enter the home was delightfully appointed to welcome guests. The home is mostly bedrooms with the upstairs living room offering a bed as well so we hung out in the big kitchen downstairs. No other place in Rockport offers king beds and so many bathrooms. »

« I loved the charm of this historic home situated super close to the water and the beach. The neighborhood is just beautiful. The renovations done on the home have really maximized it's space and amenities. The upstairs shower is in a alcove so tall people may need to stay on the ground floor. We had a great time. »

« We are three generations celebrating a family reunion. The space was comfortable for 9 adults and 3 children. Necessities were available nearby and the property was well situated with a harbor view and within walking distance to the promenade, park and beach. 5 bedrooms provided everyone with privacy and the provided portacribs, high chair and rocking chair made our visit so much easier. « The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at...
