« Nice boat with a lot of commodities. Close to the USS constitution which was nice and also close to the ferry to go to Boston harbour which was practical, because otherwise you have to walk about 30 minutes for the subway. Life at the marina is really nice and feels like you are part of a nice community. »

« Wonderful location that is steps away from the freedom trail, harbor walk, and lots of the best places to visit in Boston—although the house boat is so comfortable you just might find yourself sleeping in and chilling out in the fully air conditioned and sleep inducing interior while door dashing in some tasty local eats (via a 2 minute walk to the closest pickup point). »

« Loved the house boat. It was a nice alternative to a hotel. The views of the harbor were amazing. The house was clean and well stocked.We had some nice light breakfast items yogurt, danish and muffins as well as coffee, tea and milk. Not a lot of shopping in the area, but there was a nice little store within comfortable walking distance where we picked up what we needed. We ate at Pier 6 and the Anchor. I would recommend both. A note of caution if you are prone to motion sickness this might not...

« Great location and unique experience. You are in the heart of the north shore. 10 minute walk to Hanover Street for Mikes pastures. 5 minutes to Paul Revere, 5 minutes to the long wharf and aquarium and 15 minute walk to the Boston Tea Party. You’ll be right across from Boston Sail Loft with the best clam chowder we’ve ever had.Location is the best, but set your expectations for a house boat. You have a great deck up top. « Had a wonderful time and staying in the harbor was a great way to see Boston and surrounding area.Parking was easy, house boat was fabulous, owners were easy to deal with, and property manager gave us some great tips! Overall.... 10 out of 10! »

"Tous les employés ont étés très gentils, toujours souriants et attentionnés. Le petit déjeuner servi tous les matins est tout simplement parfait, on ne manquait d’absolument rien, tout était rempli à mesure. Des breuvages gratuits accessibles tout au long de la journée ont été un plus! La piscine était à la bonne température et bien propre avec toujours des serviettes propres à disposition. Le resto/bar de l’hôtel était parfait, les employés très agréables et que dire de leur marguerita maison! WoW! On a pu aller se garer près d’une station de métro pour aller visiter Boston, ce qui fût beaucoup plus économique que de devoir s’y rendre en taxi ou en Uber. J’y retournerais sans aucune hésitation. Merci à tous les employés qui travaillent toujours avec le sourire. Merci pour tout! 3 nuits: août 2025"
