« The house was so cozy and welcoming. The view was spectacular and sitting in the hot tub, looking out over the valley and watching the stars come out was perfect for a relaxing weekend. Tony was so quick to respond and very accommodating. I can’t recommend it enough!! There was wildlife and it was just peaceful and restorative. 10/10 would stay again! »

« Had a great time, place was clean. The hot tub was clean, beautiful views the heating and air air-conditioning all worked great. The bed upstairs is a little uncomfortable. The cabin was stocked with pretty much everything we needed with paper towel towels, soap, towel, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The deck view was spectacular. Didn’t get to use the fire pit, but it was very nice definitely would rent again. »

« If you are looking for a getaway in the woods, this is it. Tucked away in a private lot you can have a camping experience without the tent! Fire pit, grill, woods! Great place for a small family. Lake Anna State park entrance took about 25 minutes to get too. We hiked and played on the beach. Lake access is not a close walk. Especially with littles. Trash was a pain because the dump wasn’t open at 9:15 and they said you need a local Id. We ended up taking the trash home. Eek. Otherwise place...

« Check-in went smoothly and good communication from the host. Inside the cabin was clean for the most part and relaxing. The master bed was saggy in the middle, but I brought to thier attention so hopefully they fix it. The outside pictures didn't match the photos. The cabin definitely could used some TLC. « The pictures on the listing were not accurate in representing the state of the current state of the house. The fence in the back is wire with stakes and not a fence. One of the main reasons we selected the cabin and the deck was a mess. The place was clean except there was an old pair of previous visitors' underpants on the sofa. The neighborhood dogs got out of their fence and aggressively chased us down 3 times, and other dogs down the road would chase our car. The next-door neighbors' trash...

The cabin was extremely clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home.
