„This was an absolute nightmare. The whole hotel smells like excretions. You don’t want to take any breath there. There are stains all over the carpet and you don’t really want to know what that is. The walls and ceiling are moldy. The entire building should be demolished. To call it a hotel is a cheek. I wouldn't even offer that to an animal“

„The front desk staff was very polite and enthusiastic, providing us with attentive and thoughtful service. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and he even arranged an extra room for the three of us.“

„Wir mussten zwei Mal das Zimmer wechseln. Im ersten Zimmer lief die Toilettenspülung. Dazu fand ich eine Schabe. Im zweiten Zimmer war die Toilettentür so verzogen, dass sie nicht schloss. Das dritte Zimmer war ok, leider recht laut. Positiv war die sehr freundliche Rezeptzionistin, die uns jedesmal problemlos umziehen ließ. Dazu ist die Lage direkt neben Kings Dominion für Parkbesucher unschlagbar.“

„Was sollen den das? Das Hotel hatte auf behördliche Anweisung geschlossen. Ich erwarte mein komplettes Geld für den nicht erfolgten Aufenthalt zurück. PS ich warte immer noch auf einen Rückruf ihres Reklamationsteams. Besser wäre es aber, ich würde eine email erhalten. “

„Even though the rooms say smoke-free, they are not. Our room smelled like smoke, and they had no other rooms to move me. The walls and ceiling are yellow ..prob from the smoke. The bathroom was not the best. There was no staff to refill items at breakfast. This hotel needs to be painted or renovated. “

„The room wasn't clean at all and had a horrible smell. I never even stayed here and asked for a refund as I was leaving and they said despite the fact that the room was so dirty. They even had an unclean hallway. The bathtub had brownish stains on it and the drawers in the dresser wouldn't close were wide open. The refrigerator was gross and was wide open when I walked in and had an awful smell to it. 0/10 experience.“

„I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7.“

„We requested a room with 2 queen beds, they gave us a room with one bed, when we went to the reception to let them know they took over 1/2 hour to then tell us that they did not have any rooms available with 2 beds, and couldn’t provide us with two rooms either, they told us with no worries in the world that they overbooked and couldn’t do anything for us. Basically left us stranded after a very long trip and being super exhausted.“

„Wegen Parkgebühren USD 9.00 gibt es galt schlechte Bewertungen. Profitgier wird nie belohnt. Bei booking bzw. ebookers sollte das besser angezeigt werden. Wer prüft ausserhalb der Stadt ob es Parkgebühren hat, somit 1*“

„The toilet was stopped up the shower curtain was on the floor. I told the guy at reception and he said that he was gonna get me to come up there then he called and said no one was answering. Then I told the lady at the recession desk the next morning very disappointed.“

„Wunderschöne Anlage. Jedoch schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage und die Teppiche riechen muffig.“
