„Clean, updated room. Electric cover plates were broken and not repaired. Breakfast was nothing special and they ran out of coffee 2 of 3 days we were there. Truck noise from the freeway was noticeable in our 3rd floor room but not too bad with the fan on full speed.“

„Great location, near the Meijer Gardens and easy to get to downtown Grand Rapids.
Clean property, ample parking, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and great way to start the day. Appreciated the always available coffee, cold water, tea and cookies!
Room was good size, bathroom also with sufficient towels and large counter. Nightlight in bathroom is great. AC unit is not too loud. Nice to have coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room. Plenty of outlets to charge phone, computer etc.

We stayed on the second floor. The elevator wasn’t very clean. Our room was clean, though.
The bed was okay.
Breakfast was very good. As soon as I took something, it was replaced immediately. The lady that ...

„Would have been nice if the restaurant in the hotel was open on Sunday and Monday. We had to search for a breakfast place. The Mud Puddle had pricey food and it was OK if you like their eclectic menu. Had bar food for dinner.“

„Everything was great with the stay. The two opportunities for us were that the breakfast was subpar and the staff wasn't too knowledgeable.
