« Property is in much need of a refresh. The doors are scratched the tubs are dirty and stained. The carpet was stained throughout the room and the hallway there’s only one elevator and one ice machine for 7 floors. My toilet ran all nite, I asked for them to fix, nothing done in 2 days.
