„It was my son’s birthday and it was amazing. The breakfast was actually really good for once for it being a hotel. Rooms were very clean and nice me and my family loved our stay and will be coming back!!“

Leider ist es ein bisschen hellhörig durch die Bauweise. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder hier bleiben.“

„Overall, the stay was excellent; the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facility was generally clean. My room was okay, with the usual wear and tear on the furniture. The vanity table inside the bedroom still has some sticky residue from I don't know what, the curtain has a very noticeable stain (blood or chocolate or something), and one of the towels has a stain too (does not look old). Hope this issue can be addressed for the future occupants.
On the bright side, having a microwave ...
„Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit einer Flasche Wrin. Zimmer groß mit Kamin und Whirlpool. Gute Lage zum Flughafen (15 min) und zum Besuch von Chicago Downtown (45 min). Kostenlose Parkplätze in ausreichender Menge. Frühstück ist inclusive, jedoch nichts besonderes (Rührei, Würstchen, Toast, Waffeln, Bananen, Äpfel). Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt etliche Restaurants in Laufdistanz.“

Downtown Chicago mit dem Auto innerhalb 30-50 Minuten erreichbar. Je nach Verkehrslage."
"Well functioning airport shuttle and a well-equipped big gym. That’s the two positive aspects I can mention.
Apart from that the hotel does not fulfill the function that people use a hotel for- get sleep when they are away from home. My room was exactly after the runway so the departing aircraft’s flew right over. Instead of using triple-glazed windows or other measures to reduce noises, they only have very old windows not protecting guests from the noise at all.
I don’t now how often I woke up from departing airplanes but I now can differentiate very well the sound of narrow and wide body aircraft’s during take off 😂
Please do not give the feedback that I have ti expect this at an airport hotel. The night before I stayed at Atlanta airport in similar proximity to the airport and they had well isolated window systems reducing the noise to maybe 25% of the level of the Hyatt Regency at O’Hare airport."
