Although the work will be conducted during limited hours, our prices have been discounted due to any inconvenience you may experience'. The limited hours are 7 days a week all day!!! « Communication with property manager was great. The listing says there is a washer and dryer but its not. The property is in a great location the only problem is there is a roach infestation. We killed soo many roaches while there and there were even baby roaches. »

« We were not made aware that there was active construction/demolition going on at the building that was so loud (metal grinding, welding generator, rock crushing, etc.) it could be heard over the TV inside the unit. The outside balcony was not usable due to the noise. In addition, the beach across the bay had blaring music all day that also ruined the peace. A biker convention converged the night we arrived and a loud party went on till 1:00 am. I couldn't hear myself think, much less enjoy. AND...

« The place was adequate but somewhat uncomfortable. The view was not of a pool but at least it was the bay. The main problem was I needed handicap accessibility and the walk from the elevator to the room was horrible....long and hard for handicapped walking. The treck was a few times a day...which made it very hard. Should have not been on the list for handicap accessible. »
