Please send us the full names of all guests and your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. This information is required by the condominium's security team to authorize entry. Missing or late details may cause access delays or restrictions beyond Del Mar's responsibility.



Check-In



Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM



Upon arrival, stop at the security booth, where your registration will be verified. We'll provide an electronic gate access code before your stay, and our team will be available to welcome you.



Arriving after 6:00 PM? Please notify your host in advance so we can coordinate your arrival.



Last-Minute Bookings



Reservations made after 9:00 PM the night before arrival or on the same day have a check-in time starting at 6:00 PM, allowing our team enough time to prepare everything for your stay.

When planning your trip, please include everyone traveling with you in your reservation, even little ones and infants. The condominium considers all ages when calculating its maximum occupancy, and the reservation price may change depending on your group size.



To maintain a peaceful and secure environment for everyone, the property is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Outside visitors and pets are not allowed.



Your apartment will be professionally cleaned and prepared before you arrive, with fresh linens and a selection of welcome essentials. These supplies are provided as a one-time starter set, so you may wish to bring or purchase additional items for longer visits.



Please keep in mind that housekeeping during your stay, personal laundry services, and linen replacements are not included. Your cleaning fee covers the preparation of the apartment before check-in and the cleaning after check-out.
