« The property is amazing! Very well maintained, quiet, and peaceful. Loved the cabin and it’s decor. Very cozy and had the comforts of home. Our family that lives in Mayo, FL (near the cabin) has atvs so we were able to take advantage of the trails across the street from the cabin. The river was flowing super fast due to the weather so we weren’t able to fish or kayak but we still had a blast! We would definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to come back!! »

We stay in VRBO properties fairly regularly and unlike some other places that we have stayed, it feels like you are staying in a home that is loved and taken care of. « Nice place , plenty of room in the house and out side . Great veiw of the Suwannee River with a public boat ramp next door. Floating dock needs work , " old pontoon with soft spots". The gas grill on the upper deck was unusable , needs burners replaced , if not the whole grill. Instead of grilling there , we went to Akins BBQ just down the road and had steak , it was great ! « We had a great stay at the property. It was clean however some of the amenties like the ironing board and iron were old and broken. It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. Also you can hear the traffic but we were able to sleep without issues. »

« We have stayed at margaritaville once before we really enjoy the property and cabin! Unfortunately the River was flooded and the kayaks weren’t in the best condition for such an intense River. Over all we had a blast. The second floor was perfect for the teenage boys to have some privacy and fun. We had everything we need to have awesome family dinners and our pets we’re safe and in heaven! »
