kitchen appliances ill-maintained (oven door wouldn’t close; refrigerator missing shelves); kitchen poorly appointed (pots, pans, spices, towels, etc. unfit, barely functional and insufficient).property unclean (kitchen counters, cabinets, and appliances dirty, sticky and generally unkempt, area rugs dirty and no vacuum available - additionally, previous occupants dirty clothing found in one of the bedrooms) and no cleaning supplies were provided.generally, the property is misrepresented in the VRBO photos; whist the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas were accurate, the size and appointments of each area are overstated.property access roads are rural and caution suggested especially during winter weather; property neighbors allow numerous dogs to roam free in the area - if your group includes pets beware of the neighbor’s dogs visiting this property.this is not a property we would visit again.
