Several concerns came up throughout the visit that really started with the check in process.. the access code to the bottom level door we were given never worked throughout the entire stay luckily the 2nd floor entrance was left partially opened, dirty linens/towels from previous renters were never picked up and just left in the hallway on the 2nd floor, clean linens/towels were advised as being available and "at the foot of each bed" but they were not even in the house (we had to go on a treasure hunt to find our own towels/linens and found them in the storage box outside), and the stove/oven did not work. I called the 1-800 number provided several times to voice concerns with the door access code not working, the dirty linens being left from previous renter, and the clean linens not being left out as advertised and did not get a call back. The property listing also very much gives a false advertisement of an open lot beside the house with a great view of the creek and even shows pictures of the dock. House needs some lawn maintenance as well .. the tree growing beside the house needs trimmed as it's blocking the view from the top deck and there is poison ivy growing along the chairs next to the fire pit.
