The Space:

Welcome to A New Tide! The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is designed to showcase breathtaking ocean views on three sides, creating a bright and welcoming space to gather. The layout offers plenty of room for meals, relaxing, and spending quality time together after a day at the beach.



The top level features a spacious primary king suite with a private ensuite bath and deck access with stunning ocean views. Additional bedroom with double beds are also located on this level, along with a versatile bonus loft overlooking the living area, perfect for recreation or unwinding after a full day outdoors.



On the mid level, you’ll find a comfortable queen bedroom and a twin-over-twin bunk room with hallway full bathroom, ideal for families or mixed-age groups.



Step outside to enjoy direct beach access via the private wooden walkway, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or relax by the private fenced in-ground pool. Spacious decks offer the perfect spot to take in sunrise and sunset views, making outdoor time just as enjoyable as being inside.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



*Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.



The Neighborhood:

Oak Island is a beach town that is separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway. Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is popular for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and biking for those who like to stay on land.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, registered pets falling outside the approved weight limit, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
