The property is very pretty, nicely decorated and comfortable. Location was great, beds are comfy, lots of eating space. Pool was great!
Hot water was an issue the entire stay and couldn't get a response from the property manager. Hot water wouldn't last more than 2 minutes in the showers and sinks.
There was a lot of mold growing on the ceiling in the powder room. We reported it immediately. The handyman came out with Tilex tile and mold remover to spray the area & seemed like he painted over it.
The area around the pool was overgrown with weeds, we reported this, the handyman sprayed the weeds but didn't pull them.
The hammock was missing, we were initially told a new one was going to be brought to the house, when we asked again on day 3, were told that it wasn't going to be replaced.
There was one towel per person & 1 kitchen towel provided, they were tiny and thin. We called and towels were brought over.
The kitchen was well stocked with cookware but didn't have any food storage containers, foil, ziplocs, etc - bring your own. No extra garbage bags or paper towels. The welcome gift is a hotel size soap bar and shampoo.
Ice maker barely made ice all week, so be prepared to buy. Air fryer was broken and not replaced when reported.
House was great, would rate higher but management was not great at communicating or facilitating repairs.
