Tracie's Oasis - Pool/fenced/beach walkable!

Tracie's Oasis is a charming cottage on Oak Island that is minutes from the beach. Relax by the pool in a fenced backyard, enjoy family time on the screen porch, or go explore the island! This house is fully loaded and is a great fit for children and pets! With the beach access is an easy drive or walk away, you can enjoy all Oak Island as to offer and have your own little oasis to come back too!

As you enter the home you come up through our amazing rocking chair front porch! You enter into a large living room with plenty of seating, Smart TV, and games! Open to the dining space and kitchen, it is a great space for entertaining your group. The large dining table and barstool at the kitchen provide you penlty of space for a family meal. The kitchen is fully loaded with your cooking needs, plenty of counterspace, and updated appliances.

As you work your way down the hall you will find the three spacious bedrooms. The primary suite as a SmartTV, King Bed, and ensuite with a walk-in shower. One sceondary bedroom has a queen bed while the other host a double bed and twin bunk!! These bedrooms share a bathroom and there is laundry avalaible on site.

As you work your way outside you find our screened in porch and pool deck! The porch is huge with outdoor dining and seating. Great for ejoying some family time with no bugs!! As you work around to the back of the house you will find the gas grill and pool deck that is loaded with seating and loungers!

The deck is built around our goregous out of ground pool! The pool is four feet deep throughout. We have some beach and pool toys for you to take advantage of on your stay!! The back area is fully fenced so you can enjoy privacy or let the pups run!
