This home was perfect for our beach stay! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy spaces to relax after a day at the beach. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the boardwalk and everything we wanted to do. Communication with the host was also spot on. It was clear, timely, and helpful. We’re already planning to return next summer.

Walk across the street and you’re right at the beach. Easy access to the boardwalk. Great Location! Property was clean and there is plenty of room in the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!

I can't say enough great things about our stay at this beach property in Ocean City! The location is unbeatable, literally steps from the sand, with a boardwalk that made morning walks and evening strolls so relaxing. One of the best parts of the house is the large porch to hang out on day and night. We would have spent more time out there if it were a little warmer outside. It is early Spring, so summer time would be awesome. It's the kind of spot that makes you want to slow down and soak everything in. The property itself was clean, well-stocked, and super comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. You can tell Julie really cares about the guest experience.Being close to downtown Ocean City was a huge bonus. We caught a few local events, enjoyed great food, and loved how lively everything felt without being too hectic. Whether you're into live music, family fun, or just beachside relaxation, there's something for everyone here. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful yet fun-filled beach getaway. We'll definitely be coming back.

Great Condo and Location

We stayed here for a quick getaway and loved it! I took five teenagers to the beach before many of them went off to college and the condo was perfect - we weren't all over each other. It was cute and cozy - one night I ended up falling (and staying) asleep on the couch and my older bones didn't ache in the morning. Will be staying here again!

Perfect Location in OCMD

We stayed for 5 nights and had a blast! Very clean, the host was super responsive to our needs, and the location is in the Heart of OCMD. This place is a 1 minute walk from the boardwalk and super close to anything you’d like to do in OCMD. Make sure you take advantage of the porch area. We absolutely LOVED sitting out there at night to relax and enjoy our company. Also only 1 minute away from Crepe Daddy and hammerheads. Don’t miss out on a great place!

Do it again next year

Great location and very nice place. Little storage for groceries, no washer or dryer. Can hear conversation and all foot traffic upstairs. Next time will book an upstairs location or whole house

Relaxed and varied family vacation

Very comfortable, great location, very cheerful interior decoration, well equipped. Close enough to the boardwalk to easily enjoy the ferris wheel and other rides, and far enough away from the rides to enjoy peaceful days at the beach and quiet mornings on the front porch. Overall, all we could hope for!

Perfect hideaway

Impeccably clean and nicely furnished with all the necessities for a home away from home feel. Very conveniently located with quick access to the beach and boardwalk. Parking can be a bit tricky, but not impossible to find spaces within a block or two if adjacent spaces are filled. The shower is very small and may not accommodate larger guests though. The property was ideally located and the hosts were Uber responsive!

We had a great stay in this ideal situated property. It is near the boardwalk…but on the calmer end of strip so proximate to the better restaurants and still close enough for the kids to walk down to the honkytonk section or the boardwalk. The hosts went the extra mile in returning a toiletry bag we left there and were incredibly responsive!

Warm, cozy place within walking distance of the beach.

I went with my family. The hosts have been excellent communicators and very fast in responding to messages. For example, when we got to the property, our code to get in didn't work so I messaged the hosts on vrbo and within minutes the issue was resolved and I had a follow up message to make sure they we were able to get in ok! The place was clean and well stocked. The kitchen was nice and spacious, and the bedrooms were well maintained and good size. The kids especially enjoyed the bunk beds, taking turns to sleep on the top bunk. As advertised, the place was a couple of mins walk to the beach and there are tons of restaurants and stores in the boardwalk. Overall the location of the house was excellent, property was well maintained and we didn't feel like any amenities were missing.

Definitely not 5 stars

The location was amazing and the hosts had great communication with us. On the downside, the house itself was disappointing. The doors to the bedrooms did not close at all. The bedroom with bunk beds was so small that you couldn’t even close the door without removing the ladder. The walls had cracks, which we saw ants coming through. The carpets were stained. Most importantly, there was a family upstairs with small children and we were woken up every morning at 7 am when the children upstairs started running around and dropping things on the floor. For almost $800 a night I would never rent here again.

Great house and location!

2 min walk to the boardwalk/beach. House was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The shady covered porch was a nice place to relax. The owners kept in communication with us before and during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Fun family getaway

My family and I had a great time visiting this property. The location was so convenient! The beach and board walk is just a short walk away. The hosts were great and made sure to keep open communication in case we needed anything throughout our stay. Would visit again.
