Best place to stay on the boardwalk. This is a top end unit with bay and ocean views. Condo was clean. Unit could use a few updates for next season. Master mattress needs to be replaced, dryer is rusted inside, and microwave buttons are not working. Highly recommend this condo. I’m sure it’s just wear and tear from previous renters.

Second year coming back to this unit...it surely has been hit hard this season-but we worked thru it!...vacasa gave us wrong door code, they did get us in and a new code...there were no paper towels trash bags or toilet paper...so that was misleading....suppose that is the cleaning crews fault-great stay

Our stay was a near a perfect stay in this condo. We had everything we needed while staying there. The linens and towels were provided. Everything is within walking distance. You can park your car in the two parking spots they provide, which is really nice, and never leave it if you so choose.

Loved the unit. Some repairs are needed. Tv in queen bedroom doesn't work. Sink in queen bathroom is clogged and water drains slowly. Washer needed breaker turned on when we got there.

The view was amazing from all windows and balconies. Check in was easy. Location was perfect (note, you are in the busiest are of the boardwalk so expect noise). There is a gym, but just a note - there are no free weights.

The floors need some deep cleaning. After just a few minutes in bare feet, the bottom of your feet are black. Both sliding glass doors needs to be repaired, extremely hard to open. Other then that it was a very nice condo to spend our week at. Would book next year if available.

First - the view from the balcony is just stunning. For us, this location was great for out of season. It would be too noisy for us in the summer, but others might love being in the center of all the action. As for the unit itself - the floors were dirty and countertops were sticky. The kitchen was lacking a number of basics. There were no plastic containers for leftovers, no hot pads, and no kitchen towels. There were plenty of bath towels and washcloths, so I used those in the kitchen. The bedding was poor quality - scratchy sheets and very thin, flimsy coverlets. There were no extra blankets or comforters. I had to grab coverlets from the unused beds and add them to the bed we were sleeping in. We would not stay here again. For the money, we expected more than a beautiful view.

Great view

Property was just like the pictures showed amazing views of both sunrise and sunset. Only issues we had was we got the wrong code for the lobby and tried calling 2 diffrent numbers with no luck so had to walk up to the second floor of the parking garage just to get to an elevator. Also on the last morning there found that dryer didnt work the best had to run it 3 times to get cloths dry. Other then that it was a great condo with a awesome view would stay here again.

Beachfront on the boardwalk

Belmont Towers is in a perfect location. Our family of 11 had a fantastic time! The view is breathtaking -- you can watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony😊 Unit 801 is well equipped with all the comforts of a home and the boardwalk and beach is just steps away.

Great location but we needed more space. Also the sliding door to the balcony didn’t work.

The towers needs another elevator or a faster elevator. 9 floors and one slow elevator is not enough. Very inconvenient.

Poor property management

Arrived Friday at approximately 12:30am went up to lock box put in the code no envelope or information was in the box call customer service I was told they would get ahold of someone to call me back I waited a half hour you're one called I called again was on the phone for an hour with a very helpful customer service rep but she still did not know how to get me into the building she had to say because I did none of which worked I finally got a security guard there to help me get in he was very helpful and you made sure my boys got up and down what's the weather had it not been for him we would not have gotten to the property at night once we were settled into the hotel the door was not locked from the outside the TV in the main living room would not change channel the next morning I went down to the office and they said they would have maintenance man come and fix the door I told him you were going out to breakfast in an hour but it would be fine for him to come in while we were gone when I got back I spoke to the office again the man told me he videoed the doors locking I went upstairs the door wasn't locked but upon going in and try and get myself it still would not work I called back down for them to have the maintenance man come over maintenance man was very nice and saw that the door was in fact damage and would have to be replaced no one ever got the TV working I am stuck Googling it finding out how to do it myself then on Monday morning I was called you I wasn't checked out of the room yet they did not want to give me any leeway on the check out the home even though I could not get checked in 2 hours after my arrival the property is very nice but they need to have someone on staff 24 would not stay here again and would not recommend

Excellent Location! Beautiful Condo.

We had difficulty checking in but the property manager was wonderful and apologetic. Once we were checked in she was helpful in making sure the rest of the vacation was perfect. Location was awesome. Just a few short steps to the boardwalk, food and shops. Best view of beach and bay. Family loved it. Would book again for another getaway.

Property was nice. We did have several issues during our stay. The floors in the condo were dirty, gross, and sand covered upon arrival,the toilet in one of the bedrooms was broken, and the master bedroom and family room TVs could not be controlled by the remotes. We called the property manager and they sent a Technician out 48 hrs later. He fixed the toilet fill valve, but not the remotes. He informed us that Rick the remote guy would be in touch. Rick never made contact. We were unable to watch TV. Just inconvenient with two young girls and Tropical storm keeping us inside. Overall our stay was nice, but definitely not worth the $ 7,000.00 a week price tag. We would not return to this property in the future.

Very Nice!!!

This place was great. My crew included 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 senior in a wheelchair. I rented a lift chair prior and they were great letting them in ahead of time to set that up for us. My boys loved the kids bedroom and the master bedroom was great too. The view is amazing and just what we wanted. The pool is great just located on the 4th floor. We couldn't of been any happier.
