The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for meals at home and flows naturally into the dining and living spaces. When the weather is calling, take dinner outside and enjoy alfresco dining in the private backyard.

The home offers two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed and direct access to the patio, while the second bedroom is designed with families in mind, featuring two bunk beds, one with a Full bed below and Twin above, and another Twin-over-Twin bunk. Both bedrooms include ceiling fans, closets, and direct patio access.

One of the home's most entertaining features is the garage-turned-game room, complete with a pool table for some friendly competition between beach days. It's a great bonus space for families and groups looking for more than just a place to sleep.

-Oceanside's beaches, Pier, Harbor, downtown dining, shopping, and coastal activities are all within an easy drive.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $350/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
